Corporate Challenge Ideas
Corporate Challenges are a great way to encourage employee engagement, build community spirit and make a difference for kids! Create a team with one fundraising goal or come together as a group of superheroes to raise funds.
Here are some ideas to get your team soaring:

-
Get your co-workers together for a Superhero Dress Up/Dress Down day. Collect donations in the office, from customers at the till, or donate a percentage of retail sales in support of KidsAbility.
-
Create an Instagram challenge that people can participate in on Instagram stories, such as sharing a different picture, memory or song every day. It could be themed to your Team or Business, so people could share their favourite daily photo images, with encouragement to tag @KidsAbility in every day’s entry and include a fundraising element by asking people to pay for a share on your page. The more you raise - the more you and/ or your team earn chances to win a prize!
-
Create a co-worker activity (online if you are working remote) and challenge them and other departments to take part. Trivia games like Kahoot and scavenger hunts really bring out friendly co-worker competition!
-
Get moving with an employee walk, run or wheel activity, or get creative with an office-style obstacle course
-
Offer employees the opportunity to make payroll deductions for Superhero week to honour expert clinicians and therapy teams at KidsAbility,
-
Donate what you'd spend on lunch or coffee for the week of the event!
